I apologize for the confusion but there was some missing information on the Stony Brook Camp flyer that was provided to me and distributed earlier.
Just as last year there are two (2) checks need for the camp. One is for the camp and another is for the housing. The two checks should be written as follows:
1. Check written to Chuck Priore Camps, Inc. for $210
2. Check written for housing to Stony Brook Account 123619
These are the same prices as last year.
All paperwork is due by this Friday night at our 7on7 tournament. We have a short practice at 4:00pm then the tournament is from 5-9:30pm. If for some reason you can’t get me the paperwork by Friday night but still want to attend camp please contact me.

• Registration form
• Assumption of Risk/Medical History Form
